Your saved collection, session history, and check-in answers stay in this browser’s local storage. These local records are not uploaded. The hosting provider processes normal web requests to deliver this site.

Clearing this site’s browser data removes your collection and history. Private browsing or blocked storage may prevent saving. Avoid using a shared browser for information you wish to keep private.

Product analytics

PointWell uses limited first-party product usage events to understand how people use Needs, Routines, safety steps, and guided sessions. These analytics help improve the product experience; they are not used to determine whether a routine is clinically effective. Need and Routine analytics remain first-party, including usage related to health topics.

General analytics do not include symptom descriptions, diagnoses, medication information, medical history, personal health notes, or your check-in answers. An event may record that a check-in was submitted, without including the answer.

The current analytics mode does not use a persistent cross-visit analytics identifier. Raw events are retained for up to 30 days and removed by daily maintenance; daily aggregate counts are retained for up to 12 months.

An early, thoughtful preview

The product is under development. Reviewed routines include safety and location checks before the timer. Support and social channels will be added when the brand is finalized.
