Stop if you feel worse
Stop the session if you feel worse. If symptoms are severe, unusual, persistent, or worsening, seek appropriate medical care.
Nausea & Travel Comfort
Exit for severe, unusual, persistent or worsening nausea or vomiting; severe abdominal pain; chest pain; confusion; severe new headache or stiff neck; blood or coffee-ground-like vomit; or signs of significant dehydration.
Sleep & Relaxation
Seek professional evaluation for persistent sleep problems affecting daily life, loud snoring or gasping, or severe daytime sleepiness.
Desk & Body Tension
Exit for severe neck pain, recent accident or injury, radiating pain, new numbness or tingling, weakness, fever with neck stiffness, balance or coordination problems, or unusual neurological symptoms.
After-Meal Comfort
Exit for severe or worsening abdominal pain, tenderness or swelling, high fever, persistent vomiting, blood in vomit, black or bloody stool, chest pain, shortness of breath, persistent unexplained symptoms, or unintended weight loss.
Calm & Stress
Seek qualified healthcare or mental-health support when anxiety is persistent, hard to control, or interferes with normal life. Do not assume chest tightness or palpitations are anxiety.
Feeling Drained
Seek urgent help when fatigue comes with chest pain, shortness of breath, a very fast or irregular heartbeat, near-fainting, severe headache, unusual bleeding, or severe abdominal, pelvic or back pain. Seek evaluation if fatigue persists roughly two weeks despite rest, normal eating and hydration, and stress reduction. ME/CFS is outside this routine.
Head & Face Tension
Exit and seek urgent or professional evaluation for a sudden very severe or worst-ever headache, confusion, loss of consciousness, seizure, new weakness or numbness, trouble speaking or walking, fever with stiff neck, major new vision changes, or headache after injury. Press the bony brow area only; never the eyeball.
PC6 safety
Do not press broken skin, a rash, redness, swelling, warmth, discharge or infection. Stop if symptoms worsen, or unusual pain or dizziness occurs.
HT7 safety
Avoid broken or infected skin. Stop for sharp pain, numbness or tingling. Persistent or severe sleep or anxiety problems need appropriate professional support.
EX-HN3 safety
Avoid broken or inflamed skin. Do not direct pressure toward the eyeballs or bridge of the nose.
GB20 safety
Stop for dizziness, unusual symptoms, sharp pain or neurological symptoms. Do not enter with severe neck pain, recent injury, radiating pain, numbness, weakness, fever, or balance and coordination problems.
SI3 safety
Avoid wounds, severe swelling, infection, numb areas, or a recent blood-clot area. Stop for sharp pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms.
ST36 safety
Avoid local wounds, infection, severe swelling or painful lesions. Persistent or unusual fatigue needs evaluation.
BL2 safety
Seek professional evaluation for new vision loss, persistent double vision, severe eye pain, or unusual red eyes with headache. Seek eye-care evaluation if strain persists after rest and self-care.
