Before you begin
PointWell offers general self-care and educational guidance and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical care.
Familiar everyday tiredness after a busy day, poor sleep, travel, or long sitting.
Seek urgent medical care if unusual fatigue comes with chest pain, shortness of breath, a fast or irregular heartbeat, feeling faint, a severe headache, severe abdominal/pelvic/back pain, or unusual bleeding.
If tiredness is unexplained, keeps returning, lasts for weeks, or affects daily life, consider medical evaluation.
Only use the walking version if standing and walking feel safe. Stop for dizziness, faintness, instability, unusual shortness of breath, or feeling more unwell.
Do not route ME/CFS or post-exertional malaise into a generic push-through or walking-energy routine. Follow individualized pacing/activity limits.
