Turn your palm upward. Follow the wrist crease toward the little-finger side. Feel for the prominent tendon there. HT7 sits on the wrist crease in the small hollow just to the thumb-side of that tendon.

Where is it?

Turn your palm upward. Follow the wrist crease toward the little-finger side. Feel for the prominent tendon there. HT7 sits on the wrist crease in the small hollow just to the thumb-side of that tendon.

Stay on the wrist crease. Press beside the tendon, not directly on top of it.

If the tendon is difficult to feel, use the small, firm wrist bone on the little-finger side as a landmark. HT7 is on the nearby wrist crease toward the thumb side.
